Cookie notice

• A sign-in session, only if you sign in to the Landlord & Agent Portal (or are a member of our team), so you stay logged in. Nothing like this is stored for visitors who just browse or submit reviews.
• Your unfinished review draft, kept only on your own device so you can pick up where you left off. It is never sent to us until you submit, and is discarded after 30 days.
• After you submit a review, a short reference (no email address or code) so the code screen reappears if your browser reloads. It is removed once the review is confirmed, or after 24 hours.

These are strictly necessary for the site to work, so under PECR they do not require your consent.

• No Google Analytics or similar measurement tools.
• No advertising, retargeting or social media pixels.
• No cross-site tracking, and no selling of data to anyone.

We plan to fund the site with relevant advertising. Before any advertising or analytics script is added, we will publish a consent banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and update this page with a full list of what each one does. Nothing non-essential will be set until you have agreed to it.
